巴西下调与阿根廷的外交关系级别
中新网8月5日电 综合外媒报道，巴西政府4日决定，巴西与阿根廷的外交关系降为代办级。此外，巴西不会派遣此前召回的驻阿根廷大使儒利奥·比特利返回阿根廷。报道称，此举是对阿根廷总统米莱针对巴西总统卢拉发表侮辱性言论的回应。
