台风“白海豚”即将登陆浙闽沿海 华东华中等地有强风雨天气
中新网8月9日电 据中央气象台网站消息，今晨5时，台风“白海豚”(强台风级)的中心位于浙江省温州市偏东方向大约305公里的东海南部海面上，中心附近最大风力有14级(45米/秒)，七级风圈半径为350～450公里。预计，“白海豚”将以每小时15～20公里的速度向西偏北方向移动，强度维持或略有减弱，将于9日晚上至10日早晨在浙江舟山到福建福鼎一带沿海登陆(38～45米/秒，13～14级，台风级或强台风级)，登陆后继续向西偏北方向移动，强度逐渐减弱。中央气象台今晨继续发布台风橙色预警。
四川省地震局回应：宜宾高县5.5级地震后，余震为什么持续不断？
2026年6月29日，宜宾市高县发生5.5级地震，此后余震持续活动。截至今日(2026年8月8日)，高县5.5级地震序列共记录到4级以上地震8次，其中包括7月8日发生的两次5.0级，7月9日发生的4.9级，8月3日发生的4.8级以及8月7日发生的4.9级等较强有感余震。
国家海洋预报台发布风暴潮红色警报
中新网8月9日电 据国家海洋预报台微博消息，国家海洋预报台根据《海洋灾害应急预案》发布风暴潮红色警报。受今年第13号台风“白海豚”(强台风级)的影响，预计：8月9日上午至10日上午，江苏南通到浙江宁波沿海将出现100到250厘米的风暴增水，浙江台州到温州沿海将出现180到350厘米的风暴增水，福建沿海将出现80到150厘米的风暴增水。浙江省宁波市、舟山市和台州市的风暴潮预警级别为红色，上海市、浙江省嘉兴市和温州市的风暴潮预警级别为橙色。
台风“白海豚”环流直径超1300公里
中新网8月9日电(记者 邵萌)8月9日，中央气象台首席预报员董林在中国气象局媒体通气会上介绍，台风“白海豚”有三个显著特征：一是远洋长驱、生命史超长。台风在日界线附近生成，登陆前移动路径长度将超过6000公里；生命史将超过15天，是普通台风的生命史的三倍以上，或将成为有气象记录以来首个从日界线附近生成、以热带风暴级以上强度登陆我国的台风。二是爆发增强、高强度持久。生成后48小时内快速增强到超强台风级，极值强度达65米/秒(17级以上)，为今年以来第二强的台风；超强台风级维持时间长达5.5天，强台风级以上强度维持时间已有9天。三是环流庞大、风雨影响广。台风的7级风圈半径达420～450公里，环流直径达1300公里。预计登陆前东海海面受其影响将有3天以上的大风天气，华东大部将出现大暴雨。

中新网8月9日电 据中央气象台网站消息，中央气象台8月9日10时发布台风红色预警：今年第13号台风“白海豚”(强台风级)的中心今天(9日)上午10点钟位于浙江省温州市偏东方向大约215公里的东海南部海面上，就是北纬27.9度、东经122.9度，中心附近最大风力有14级(45米/秒)，中心最低气压为950百帕，七级风圈半径为300-450公里，十级风圈半径为200-250公里，十二级风圈半径为100公里。
中央气象台发布今年第二个台风红色预警 “白海豚”可能以强台风级别登陆浙江
中新网8月9日电(记者 邵萌)中央气象台8月9日上午10时发布台风红色预警，据预计，台风“白海豚”将于9日傍晚至10日凌晨在浙江舟山到福建福鼎一带沿海登陆(38-45米/秒，13-14级，强台风级或台风级)，最大可能在浙江三门到福建福鼎一带沿海登陆。谈及发布台风红色预警的原因，中央气象台首席预报员董林9日在中国气象局媒体通气会上介绍，主要是按照台风预警的发布规范，如果有强台风及其以上的强度在48小时内登陆或影响我国沿海，将会发布台风红色预警。“我们研判目前‘白海豚’还是很有可能以强台风级别来登陆浙江，这也是我们发布红色预警的一个主要的依据。”
尼日尔严重交通事故致22死37伤
