应急管理部调派13支排涝队伍在河南周口开展排涝作业
为协助做好河南周口市区排涝工作，应急管理部从河南、陕西、江苏、安徽、山东、湖南等地，调派应急管理部自然灾害工程应急救援中心(中国安能)、8支国家安全生产应急救援排涝力量、陕西机动排涝队及徐工集团、焦作华禹、湖南迪沃等共计13支排涝力量，总排涝能力约22万立方米/小时，紧急赶赴河南周口。以上救援力量已于16日上午9时全部抵达并投入排涝作业。
